Director of Commercial Product Training

Denmark
Smørum

Do you thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy implementation, product launches, and capability building? Are you motivated by turning global goals into measurable results through effective training?

We are looking for a Director of Commercial Product Training to lead our global efforts in shaping and delivering training that enables commercial success across markets, channels, and customer segments. In this highly visible role, you will play a central part in ensuring that our markets are supported by relevant, scalable, and business-driven learning.

Welcome to the Commercial Product Training Team
You will lead a team of 8 skilled audiologists who are committed to delivering impactful learning experiences. The team is known for its collaboration, knowledge sharing, and supportive culture.

Following our colleague Jessica Ramos’ move back to Australia, Jessica will assume a new role as Global Trainer, and we are now looking for a new person to take on the role of leading the Commercial Product Training and continue enhancing our global training programs.

As Jessica puts it:

“What I’ve loved about heading up the Commercial Product Training team is the people and the impact I’ve been able to make on the training deliveries and experiences we develop. The team is highly skilled; there is a lot of respect for one another and we have fun together. I’ve also had a great manager who has consistently supported my development, along with many great colleagues to collaborate with.”

Leading commercial training excellence across markets, teams, and channels
In this role, you will be a key contributor to bringing products and campaigns successfully to market and aligning commercial training activities to annual commercial plans, ensuring that global strategy is effectively translated into impactful training that promotes success across markets. You will work closely with stakeholders across global functions and local markets to create training that is relevant, timely, and aligned with commercial priorities supporting the customer journey.

A central part of your role will be to develop how we build and scale capabilities globally. This includes fostering collaboration with international trainers, shaping Communities of Practice, and maintaining a consistent, high-quality approach across brands and channels. You will also ensure that training standards meet regulatory requirements and continuously evolve based on feedback and insights.

At the same time, you will lead and develop your team, setting clear direction and creating an environment where people can perform, collaborate, and grow.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Create and implement training solutions for field trainers, sales teams, customer service, and customers
  • Developing and evolving an effective train-the-trainer approach to support scalable learning across markets and distributor networks

A commercially minded and people-focused leader
You bring a solid combination of strategic perspective and hands-on execution. You understand how to translate insights into action and are motivated by seeing your work support improved outcomes in the markets.

As a leader, you create clarity, build engagement, and develop people. You take pride in fostering collaboration and enabling your team to perform at a high level, while supporting their individual growth.

It is a requirement that you either hold a degree in audiology or have built substantial audiological knowledge, enabling you to engage confidently in professional discussions involving audiology with the team.

We also imagine that you bring:

  • Solid experience leading and delivering commercial training in a global context
  • Practical commercial understanding, ideally from MedTech or a related industry
  • Experience creating effective learning solutions and building scalable capability setups
