You will join the Digital Business Systems team in Global Marketing to ensure the DAM Taxonomy governance from a Demant perspective and oversee, coordinate and prioritize the backlog of development and configuration tasks of the Platform with internal team and consultancy agency.

What tasks are waiting for you?

You bring a strong understanding of digital asset management and taxonomy governance, ideally with experience in DAM platforms such as Aprimo, Bynder or similar DAM SaaS platforms. You’re comfortable working with metadata and taxonomy structures and have a keen eye for detail and data integrity. Stakeholder management comes naturally to you, and you thrive in a role that combines technical understanding with cross-functional collaboration. Experience with other Marketing Customer Facing systems and data mapping between these is a plus, as is the ability to adapt to evolving business requirements.

With a background in information systems, business, or similar, you bring hands-on experience from e-Commerce or product website-driven environments. You understand how structured product data impacts customer experience and commercial success — and you know how to turn business needs into scalable system solutions.

 

You will work as a Specialist and Editor for our global PIM projects within the Global Marketing department. Your main goal will be to ensure that marketing product data is accurate, structured, and aligned with business goals.

You will:

  • Acting as an internal consultant, engaging Business stakeholders to define metadata requirements and governance processes.
  • Coordinating deployment processes with developers and stakeholders.
  • Managing change requests and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Bridge and prioritize tasks for both internal stakeholders, IT and external consultancy
  • Communicate changes in DAM for users, inform and follow up on changes
  • We have several product launches through the year and collaboration, timely deliveries, and a proactive approach is key for successful deliveries.

 

It would be great if you:

  • Have 2–5 years’ experience with DAM systems (preferably Aprimo)
  • Understands dataflows, taxonomies, and governance
  • Understands systems- & cloud integrations
  • Enjoys working in cross-functional and international teams, both technical and non-technical
  • Are comfortable with communication to both technical & non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Are proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player.
