Join Corporate Communication & Sustainability
You will become part of the Communication Partners team within Corporate Communication & Sustainability (CC&S) under Group Services. Here, you will join a small team of Communication Partners, who collaborates closely with our Communication Core Deliveries team that owns and drives brand, content and channels. We work closely with executive management in a low-hierarchy organisation that offers continuous development opportunities—both professionally and personally. The Role
As Communication Partner, you will support activities related to Demant’s overall strategy and direction, including communication connected to our stock exchange listing as well as financial and sustainability reporting. Your role also involves building and strengthening the communication infrastructure to support professional and timely communication with the right target groups within the area you advise.

 

You will ensure that communication aligns with Demant’s strategic priorities, advise senior leaders on your communication plans and support the execution of strategic initiatives. Through supporting the communication of Demant’s strategy, plans and objectives, you contribute to achieving business strategic objectives. You will play a central role in supporting organisational change by guiding communication in transformation programs and ensuring clear, consistent messaging across the organisation.  You will also apply technology, metrics and analytics to measure impact and continuously improve communication effectiveness.

 

You will report to and work in close partnership with the Vice President of Corporate Communication & Sustainability.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising, planning and implementing the communication track in larger or cross-cutting programs or projects primarily for the Group and occasionally for Business Areas or Group Services, for examples mergers and acquisitions, structural changes or issues management
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level leadership and selected SVPs/VPs in global top management
  • Owning, developing and advancing Demant’s hearing healthcare narrative internally and externally
  • Driving financial and sustainability reporting communication and other activities connected to our stock exchange listing
  • Develop and support communication related to corporate strategy and the strategy process
  • Developing content and storylines for global top management summits
  • Supporting public affairs activities

 

Supporting media and PR activities and acting as stand-in for Media Relations Manager in the Communication Core Deliveries team

Your Profile

You are an experienced communication advisor with the confidence and credibility to advise leaders at all levels of the organization, including the Executive Leadership Team. You are skilled at translating complex strategies into clear, compelling storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.

 

You build networks across the organisation and proactively engage key stakeholders. You ask thoughtful questions, challenge yourself constructively when it adds value and bring original ideas forward. You combine a proactive mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach and based on sound plans you make things happen.

 

We expect you to hold a master’s degree in communication, PR, Business Studies, Journalism or a related field, along with good experience working as a communication advisor and some experience in media relations and crisis/issues management. The role requires good verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English, as you will collaborate closely with local Danish and global stakeholders.
