Be the Bridge in our CRM & Marketing Tech Evolution
As the CRM Manager at Audika Group, you will play a central role in driving the success of our global CRM initiatives across our CRM systems rooted in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premises and Dynamics 365 CE). Collaborating with IT, Business Process Owners, and marketing teams at both global and local levels, you will ensure that CRM systems are used effectively to enhance customer engagement and support marketing excellence.

Your expertise in managing marketing technologies and optimizing CRM strategies will be key to delivering impactful results and fostering continuous improvement.
Other job responsibilities will include:
- Gather and analyse business needs relevant for Marketing CRM development in collaboration with business stakeholders, business process owners, and Product Owner of the Marketing Track for CRM development team.
- Structure and document business needs, uncovered gaps and capture critical information needed for CRM development teams.
- Based on identified business needs, support the Product Owner by creating or refining features for the backlog, as well as breaking them down into user stories relevant for the product development team.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of global CRM programs within OneRetail and CE (OneHearingCare).
- Promote best practices for CRM system usage in marketing, offering consultancy and solutions for challenges and incidents.
- Partner with IT, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and global/local marketing teams to resolve CRM-related issues and enhance collaboration.
- Support the management and optimal use of CRM marketing technologies, including Click, Twilio, and nps.today.
- Work closely with the CRM Program Manager to continuously develop and optimize CRM and Marketing Automation strategies.
CRM & Marketing Automation Professional with Global Mindset
You are a commercially minded CRM marketing professional with a proven track record of designing, optimizing, and executing automation flows, targeted campaigns, and CRM marketing programs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journeys or similar platforms. With 1-3 years of hands-on experience, you excel at managing detailed workflows, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes across global markets. Your expertise includes building scalable, globally aligned automation programs and leveraging marketing technologies such as Click and Twilio to enhance customer journeys.
You probably have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. You have a passion for marketing technology minded towards delivering coherent customer experience anchored in CRM and omnichannel marketing automations.
You have experience in CRM marketing, automation program design, and campaign execution within an international organization, and an in depth understanding of CRM Marketing technologies with transferable knowledge of implementation of marketing automations.
You are structured and can systematically manage complex projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver scalable automation solutions that drive commercial impact.
Furthermore, you have:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to drive best practices and strategic improvements across teams.
- Experience with end-to-end project lead experience where cross-functional collaboration and resource coordination is needed.
