Business Process Manager - Global ERP/Commercial Order to Cash

Denmark
Smørum

Shape the Future of Our Global Customer Processes
Are you passionate about improving how businesses work and creating seamless experiences for customers and users? Do you enjoy bringing people together, translating ideas into practical solutions, and driving change across an international organization?

We are looking for a Business Process Manager to join our global ERP transformation journey and help shape the future of our commercial processes within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) landscape. While O2C spans multiple functions such as logistics and finance, this role will specifically focus on the commercial domain, supporting customer-facing operations across our markets.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and people. Partnering closely with the Business Process Owner, you will play a central role in supporting the design, improvement, and rollout of global commercial processes.

You will act as a key enabler for the Business Process Owner, helping translate strategic direction into concrete initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and driving execution within the commercial scope of the O2C process. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact on a large-scale transformation program while collaborating with colleagues from around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our global team, you will help create efficient, user-friendly, and scalable processes that support the entire customer journey—from customer setup and order management to communication and after-sales activities. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Logistics, IT, and local market organizations to understand business needs, facilitate alignment, and translate ideas into practical solutions.

The key responsibilities in this position are:

  • Helping bridge the gap between business and technology.
  • Contribute to process design, document requirements, create user stories, support testing and releases.
  • Help ensure that our global ERP template continues to evolve in line with business needs.
  • Play an important role in global rollout activities, supporting local teams through change
  • Help ensure successful implementations across different countries and cultures.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience in business process management, ERP implementations, or process improvement initiatives who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and driving change. You may currently work as a Business Process Manager, Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, Process Specialist, Functional Consultant, or in a similar role where you help connect business needs with system and process solutions.

You have experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, documenting processes, and working in iterative project environments. You are comfortable navigating complexity and can turn discussions into clear decisions, actions, and tangible outcomes.

Experience with Order-to-Cash processes, customer-facing operations, or ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is an advantage, but equally important is your ability to understand business needs and build relationships across functions.

Who You Are

You are curious, collaborative, and energized by working with people. You enjoy facilitating discussions, creating alignments, and helping teams move forward together. You bring structure to complexity and have a talent for explaining processes and concepts in a way that others understand and can act upon. You are proactive, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership while working in an international environment.

Most importantly, you enjoy making things better—whether that's a process, a system, or the way teams work together.

Finally, you are willing to travel approximately 20–30 days per year to support global rollout activities and engage with colleagues across our international locations.

Why Join Us?

This is more than an ERP role. It is an opportunity to influence how a global organization operates, collaborate with talented colleagues around the world, and contribute to a transformation that will have a lasting impact on the business. You'll have the chance to combine process excellence, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation while building a broad international network and developing your expertise in a highly visible role. As you work closely with senior stakeholders across functions and markets, you will gain valuable exposure to strategic decision-making and large-scale change initiatives.

For the right candidate, taking on the position could lead the way for opportunities toward others future roles within business operations, process excellence, or digital transformation. As our global ERP journey continues, there will be opportunities to expand your responsibilities, deepen your expertise, and help shape how the organization operates in the years ahead.
