Audiology Graduate // Demant's Graduate Programme
Welcome to our Graduate Programme. We offer you a career in a leading Danish C25 company, that creates life-changing products for people around the world. We will guide you through a two-year journey here at our headquarters, just outside Copenhagen.
You will start September 1st 2025, and join 3-4 different teams during your graduate journey, working with different projects. This will provide you with a good business understanding and broad network of people across all functions. From day one, you'll take on significant business and/or strategic responsibilities alongside developing your professional and personal skills, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role at the end of the programme.
With operations in over 30 countries, many of our graduates get the opportunity to work abroad for six months, subject to business needs. You’ll also enjoy a fantastic graduate network and can look forward to exciting team days, training sessions, and visits to our diverse business units.
Demant is committed to inclusivity, offering a friendly work environment, flexible work-from-home options, and English as our company language. Benefits include private health insurance, free access to our in-house fitness studio, and a healthy breakfast and lunch in our canteen.
Your journey as an Audiology graduate
The hearing aid market is evolving rapidly, driven by new technologies and regulations. At Demant, we aim to lead this transformation to deliver the most advanced hearing solutions. As an Audiology Graduate, you’ll join our wider Demant Audiology team, with possibilities for working across our three hearing aid brands - Oticon, Bernafon, and Philips, as well as our hearing care and diagnostic businesses - to help us shape the future of audiology.
Our work is grounded in a deep understanding of how the brain makes sense sound, how hearing aids can be optimally fitted to enhance audibility and clarity for those with hearing loss as well as how the workflows of hearing care professionals and user journeys can lead to optimal outcomes most efficiently. We collaborate closely across commercial functions and R&D and all business units on strategic projects. Our team is also engaged in global research initiatives, investigating how advancements in hearing aid technology and research methods can further improve the daily lives of people with hearing loss.
Rooted in the commercial hearing aid brand organization, our team comprises around 30 experts with diverse skills in clinical audiology, neuroscience, cognition, signal processing, psychoacoustics, and communication.
