Become the driving force behind our global HR transformation! As our new Senior HR Digitalisation Specialist, you’ll partner with HR leaders worldwide to deploy, optimize, and champion cutting edge HRIS solutions: automating workflows, standardizing processes, and delivering measurable impact across domains encompassing Recruitment and Onboarding, as well as Time Management.
Ideally, you are based in Poland, Malaysia or Mexico.

What tasks are waiting for you?
-
Lead the deployment and ongoing optimization of the global HR digitalisation strategy across your domains (Recruitment & Onboarding; Time Management)
-
Translate functional needs into digital solutions and lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations
-
Partner closely with HR leaders and key stakeholders across your assigned regions to gather requirements, align priorities and secure buy-in
-
Coordinate cross-functional project teams and external vendors to keep initiatives on time, budget and scope
-
Act as primary liaison to implement the digitalisation agenda with local HR teams and align with Global stakeholders and strategy, ensuring seamless communication and escalation

Drive change management: run UAT, train superusers, ensure system adoption

Serve as subject-matter expert for your domains, researching market trends, emerging technologies and best practices

Master SAP SuccessFactors and have deep understanding of HR processes: particularly Time and attendance or Recruitment management

Have 4+ years of experience in HRIS or HR digitalisation, ideally in a global context

Bring strong project management skills and advanced MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint; MS Project)

Excel at stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and clear communication

Thrive in multicultural teams and turn complex requirements into practical solutions

Communicate fluently in English and demonstrate an analytical, client-oriented mindset
