Website Performance Specialist

About the Role:

You will be part of a still growing Global Digital Marketing team that works across several world-leading diagnostics manufactures and sales companies. You will join the team in a specialist position where your main role will be working behind the scenes, measuring, analyzing, problem-solving and executing technical improvements or providing impactful insights and recommendations for further optimization to the team or to the business.

As our new website performance specialist, you will play a crucial role in measuring performance, optimizing and securing our global websites across the business. Your expertise will help us improve site performance, user experience, search engine rankings as well as keeping a high level of IT security and compliance across all websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will optimize website speed, Technical SEO, responsiveness, and user experience while analyzing performance data and user behavior to drive continuous improvements across our websites.
• You will identify and resolve website behavior issues and technical issues before they impact users, collaborating with the Web Delivery team to ensure efficient fixes, minimal downtime, and seamless customer experience.
• Design and run A/B tests to compare different versions of web pages.
• Conduct comprehensive IT-security scans together with the Global IT security team to identify security vulnerabilities. Prioritize and plan actions accordingly and follow up on actions if needed.
• Provide a structured approach on how to ensure all security measures are functioning properly and execute actions in collaboration with the business to ensure high-level of IT-security across our websites.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience working with web technologies.
• Proven experience in Technical SEO.
• Experience working across global markets.
• Experience with Conversion rate optimization and user experience.
• Experience within the area of website security.
• Familiar with data protection laws and regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to think of scalable solutions.
