Training & Onboarding Co-ordinator
About The Role:
This position is responsible for maintaining the Audika’s learning platform (Fuse) for all contents related to clinic operations (i.e. both clinician and CCO related). The role plays a central part in the digital execution of clinic training and onboarding by organising materials, coordinating global and local content, and supporting the creation of selected digital learning modules.
As the key content and platform coordinator, this role works closely with the Training and Onboarding Manager, and other subject‑matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, aligned and ready for delivery. The role also provides administrative and logistical support needed to run training and onboarding programs smoothly.
The mission for this role is to enhance the digital learning experience and ensure Audika’s clinic onboarding and training programs are supported with structured, accurate and accessible materials.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise Fuse for clinic training contents, ensuring content is easy to navigate, structured by priorities and learning pathways, and aligned with global and local standards
- Collaborate closely with subject matter expertise to ensure all contents and timelines are aligned for training and onboarding delivery
- Co-create local digital learning materials, including converting PowerPoint presentation slides into Online Learning materials using Articulate 360
- Maintain training records and completion data using Fuse reporting tools
- Distribute regular Fuse completion report and follow up with outstanding users.
- Upload, tag and publish learning content in Fuse using consistent templates and version control.
- Support Clinic Training and Onboarding team with administrative tasks related to onboarding and trainings, e.g., invite lists, attendee tracking, scheduling, communications, calendar bookings
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Digital Learning, Education, Communications, Business or related field (desired)
- Certification or training in eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline) (desired)
- No clinical or systems qualification required
Experience
- Experience supporting or administering an LMS (e.g. Fuse) (essential)
- Experience coordinating training, onboarding logistics or Learning & Development operations (essential)
- Experience designing or supporting the creation of online learning modules (essential)
- Experience working in a remote support environment (essential)
- Experience with simple video/audio editing, screen recordings or eLearning production workflows (desired)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Sales, ComEx, HR, IT, etc (desired)
Skills and Abilities
- Digital & LMS Capability: Strong proficiency in uploading and maintaining contents on Fuse or similar LMS platforms
- Digital Learning Design: Able to structure content, create simple digital modules and support SMEs with converting PowerPoint slides into digital contents using Articulate 360
- Organisation & Planning: Highly organised, structured and capable of managing multiple inputs, timelines and content workflows
- Communication & Collaboration: Clear and professional communicator, able to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across time zones
- Attention to Detail: Ensures content accuracy, version control and consistent formatting
- Professionalism: Demonstrates reliability, responsiveness and alignment with Audika values in all interactions
