Driven by growing global demand and continued business expansion, we are establishing a new software development team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are looking for passionate Test Developers to help build innovative hearing and balance diagnostic solutions used by healthcare professionals around the world.

At Diagnostics R&D, we develop software and integrated medical device solutions that support the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. Our products are used daily in hospitals, clinics, and hearing care centers worldwide, helping clinicians deliver better patient outcomes.

As a Test Developer, you will become part of an international R&D team of Developers, Architects, Testers, Scrum Masters, and Team Leads located in Denmark and Malaysia. Together, we design and build modern medical device software, clinical applications, platform components, and development frameworks that enable the next generation of diagnostic products. Your automation won't just pass tests. It will help build software that allows clinicians to make better decisions and improve patient outcomes around the world.

What You’ll be working on

  • Clinical applications used by hearing care professionals worldwide
  • Hearing and balance diagnostic systems
  • Modern .NET desktop applications and user interfaces
  • Device communication and integration with diagnostic hardware
  • Cloud-enabled services and DevOps automation
  • Software quality initiatives, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Continuous improvements in testing frameworks and maintainability

Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Ensure Software Quality

Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality releases.

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with developers, testers, architects, product owners, and domain experts to translate ideas and requirements into robust software solutions. Plan and execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing while working with developers to identify defects early and improve software quality.

Solve Meaningful Technical Challenges

Contribute to technical discussions and help drive decisions around maintainability, performance, scalability, and software quality.

Deliver Quality by Design

Apply engineering best practices, automated testing, and continuous integration approaches to ensure reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software.

Grow and Improve

Continuously learn new technologies, contribute ideas, and help improve our products, testing practices and processes.

To Qualify for the Role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional experience in software testing or test automation
  • Experience with TestComplete, Pytest, Selemium or similar automation frameworks
  • Experience with source control and DevOps practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with test management tools like Spira, Xray or Zephyr
  • Experience with Azure Cloud or AWS
  • Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with non-functional testing, including performance and security testing
