Technical Test Developer

Your Main Responsibilities:
As a Technical Test Developer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and excellence of our software products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Software Product Owners to crystallize requirements for optimal test scenarios and cases.
- Working seamlessly with a dynamic scrum development team, following a continuous delivery model and agile development lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
- Crafting comprehensive test designs, plans, and cases while adapting as needed during the development process.
- Developing and maintaining scalable automated test scripts using Python along with integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Contributing to test capacity planning and prioritization to achieve release delivery targets.
- Establishing project quality standards, performing case trend analysis, and conducting regular review activities.
- Innovating by enhancing test coverage, performance, and automation processes.
To Qualify for the Role:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experienced in Integration, Regression, Performance, End-to-End Testing and well-versed in Software Testing V-model concept.
- 3-5 years' experience maintaining Python automation scripts and/or desktop automation using mainstream automation frameworks like Selenium or platforms like TestComplete.
- Working knowledge at least in one or more software test management tool.
- Good understanding of latest software test design and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Good to have:
- Hands-on experience with setup, use and configuration of pipelines in Azure Devops and infrastructure management in Azure Cloud.
