Marketing Data Analyst
About the Role:
You will be part of a still growing Global Digital Marketing team that works across several world-leading diagnostics manufacturers and sales companies. You will join the team in a specialist position where your main role will be implementing and monitoring our tracking setups, analyzing and visualizing data from all digital marketing initiatives.
In this position you will be responsible for driving, developing, and maintaining our global tracking setups, reports, and dashboards that deliver real-time insights into essential performance metrics, as well as generating comprehensive reports that summarize performance, identify trends, and offer actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Further develop, maintain and manage our Google Tag Manager tracking solutions.
- Track and analyze data from all digital marketing efforts, including website traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Track, analyze and report on customer flows and marketing funnel to increase lead volume and improve conversion rates.
- Develop, maintain and manage user-friendly dashboards that provide real-time insights into defined key performance metrics using e.g. Looker or Power BI.
- Create and distribute detailed reports that summarize marketing performance, highlight trends, and provide actionable insights for the business to improve.
To Qualify for the Role:
- Proven experience in digital marketing analytics.
- Solid experience with Google Tag Manager and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working across global markets.
- Strong English and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
