Junior Software Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful software solutions that help people with hearing and balance challenges. You don’t need to know everything, what matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and passion for building quality software.

 

You will join our global R&D Software Department, working with teams in Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia. We value collaboration, cultural respect, diversity, and inclusion. English is our main working language.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Learn and Grow
Gain experience by working closely with senior developers, architects, and testers. Build your skills in coding, testing, design, and modern development practices.

 

Software Development
Write clean and maintainable code, fix bugs, and support development of new features. You’ll learn how to build applications that perform well and meet user needs.

 

Problem Solving
Work with your team to investigate issues, analyze problems, and explore solutions. You’ll gradually take on more technical responsibility as you gain confidence.

 

Collaboration
Join discussions, share ideas, and work with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver projects. Communication and teamwork will be a key part of your role.

 

Quality Focus
Follow best practices, coding standards, and testing methods to produce reliable, high‑quality software.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT‑related field
  • Basic experience with .NET C#
  • Understanding of software architecture principles (SOLID, design patterns, MVVM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure, Git, CI/CD)
  • Interest or basic knowledge of testing frameworks (xUnit, Fluent Assertions)
  • Willingness to learn, participate in technical discussions, and improve your skills

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with .NET UI frameworks (WPF, MAUI)
  • Understanding of Behaviour‑Driven Development (BDD)
  • Exposure to Agile methods (Scrum or Kanban)
