IT Business Solutions Manager (Japanese Speaking)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT leader to manage and support wholesale IT solutions in Japan & Korea. This hands-on role involves working with our Hearing Aid and Diagnostic business areas to enhance business and IT outcomes, aligning with global IT strategies.
As the Hearing Aid IT Business Solutions Manager, you will lead and support wholesale IT business solutions in Japan and Korea, ensuring alignment with global IT strategies while optimizing business and technology outcomes. This hands-on role focuses on ERP systems, data intelligence, and IT project management, driving efficiency and innovation across the region.
Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Lead and develop our 2 person high-performing IT team in Japan
- Act as the primary Business IT contact for Japan & Korea, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Manage wholesale IT solutions, including ERP, Salesforce, and e-commerce.
- Ensure system stability, working closely with the Major Incident Manager.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Help drive IT strategy implementation, improving processes and efficiency.
- Maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and prioritization.
- Engage with global IT counterparts to address challenges and share insights.
- Ensure compliance with global IT governance and standards.
- Monitor system outputs and helpdesk requests to ensure timely resolution.
To Qualify for the Role:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Experience managing large IT projects.
- Ability to collaborate across departments to align technology with business goals.
- Strong understanding of change management and process improvement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Salesforce CRM.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
