Endpoint Management Specialist
About The Role:
The role reports to IT Manager in Core Infrastructure Operations, Poland. As an Endpoint Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing endpoint infrastructure across the organization. You will be a part of global Client Team located in Europe and work closely with other support teams and business units to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable endpoint operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software package creation and deployment to endpoints for homogenous installation.
- Manage Windows image lifecycle, including creation, deployment, and monthly patching.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune environments.
- Provide 2nd level global support for endpoint-related issues, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with 1st line support and business stakeholders to analyze needs and deploy endpoint solutions.
- Follow up on incidents across global locations and ensure resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in endpoint management.
To Qualify for the Role:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM and/or Intune.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Readiness for occasional work outside regular working hours
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with software packaging and deployment automation.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred).
- Familiarity with EPM systems (Delinea would be advantage)
