Data Administrator (6-Month Contract)

Background:

START DATE: MAY (IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED) - Hybrid working arrangement

This is a 6‑month temporary assignment with strong potential for extension, designed to support Sales activities and ensure smooth execution of end‑to‑end order management processes. The role plays a critical part in maintaining data quality, order cycles, and strengthening cross‑functional collaboration.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Administrator to support commercial customer data across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems within EMEA countries. You will play an important role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting global sales teams, and enabling efficient order and invoicing processes, all within a flexible hybrid working setup.

What you will do:

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

• Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.

• Validate order details including pricing, quantities, delivery dates, payment terms, and customer information.
• Handle data‑related requests and perform troubleshooting activities.

• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and other global stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in order management, supply chain or data management scope.
• Experience with ERP tools, Microsoft ERP (NAV/AX) and/or Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and service‑oriented approach.

• Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global environment.
• Proactive team player with positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to learn.
