About the Role:

Join our Southeast Asia Finance team:

Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Manage full spectrum of the accounting functions, including payables and receivables, fixed assets, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Responsible for accurate and timely month-end closing, preparation of weekly, monthly management reports and annual financial reports
• Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
• Support in budgeting and financial analysis
• Liaise with tax agents, banks and external auditors for audit & tax filing
• Coding of vendor invoices in system and processing vendor payment
• Furnish Statements of Account to customers
• Processing of employee expense claim in system
• Contact customer to follow up on payments and outstanding
• Reconciliation of monthly petty cash movement

How to Succeed in this Role:

To succeed in this position, it´s important that you have experience working in a finance or audit environment preferably from a larger/international company. Currently you may be working as an accountant or consultant. It is essential that you have a degree within accountancy, ACCA or equivalent accounting professional qualification. Furthermore, you should be fluent in English and a good team player.

To sum up, we hope that you have experience with:

• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably with audit experience
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent accounting professional qualification
• Knowledge of ERP or Accounting Systems (Example Microsoft NAV, AX or D365)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
