About the Role:
Join our Southeast Asia Finance team:
Your Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage full spectrum of the accounting functions, including payables and receivables, fixed assets, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Responsible for accurate and timely month-end closing, preparation of weekly, monthly management reports and annual financial reports
- Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Support in budgeting and financial analysis
- Liaise with tax agents, banks and external auditors for audit & tax filing
- Coding of vendor invoices in system and processing vendor payment
- Furnish Statements of Account to customers
- Processing of employee expense claim in system
- Contact customer to follow up on payments and outstanding
- Reconciliation of monthly petty cash movement
How to Succeed in this Role:
To succeed in this position, it´s important that you have experience working in a finance or audit environment preferably from a larger/international company. Currently you may be working as an accountant or consultant. It is essential that you have a degree within accountancy, ACCA or equivalent accounting professional qualification. Furthermore, you should be fluent in English and a good team player.
To sum up, we hope that you have experience with:
- At least 3 years of work experience, preferably with audit experience
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent accounting professional qualification
- Knowledge of ERP or Accounting Systems (Example Microsoft NAV, AX or D365)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
