Business Application Specialist

• Provide user support on ERP and agreed business applications across business areas.
• Communicate with offshore technical team in English about the business requirement and perform test before passing to users.
• Ensure any business inquiry coming through the team is followed up and responded to.
• Assist with Global team to ensure project rollouts and process improvements.

Job responsibilities: 

• 2ndlevel support of ERP and other business applications
• Analysis of business needs and design solutions with global team in accordance with strategic goal
• Manage, maintain, test and communicate modifications for MicrosoftDynamics NAV, sales force solutions
• Design, develop reports in Microsoft Power BI
• Develop and maintain support documentation and train/educate key users
• Participate in project activities as required
• Work closely with global team to resolve problems and improve systems

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3+ years ERP support experience
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP solutions
• Experience in interacting with English speaking off-shore support
• Experience in SQL databases or any Reporting service platform (nice t to have)
• Computing related tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience
