About the Role
We have created exciting Divisional Performance Specialist roles to help drive performance through exceptional coaching across our more than 200 clinic networks.

Working in accordance with Audika and Demant values, the All The Risght Things (ATRT) working methodology, and the clinic H.E.A.R. journey, the Sales Enablement Manager is a national role reporting to the National Sales & Operations Director, responsible for uplifting sales leadership and specialist coaching capability to enable sustained commercial
performance improvement across the clinic network.
The role exists to ensure coaching quality, consistency, and effectiveness are maintained at scale, directly supporting revenue growth, sales funnel improvement, and reduced performance variability across divisions.
You will define what good looks like in commercial coaching at Audika, ensuring ATRT-aligned coaching standards are clear, consistently applied, and linked to measurable commercial outcomes.
Working in close partnership with Divisional Sales & Operations Managers (DSOMs), the Sales Enablement Manager aligns coaching focus areas to divisional priorities, growth clinic strategies, and key performance drivers, recognising that effective prioritisation is critical to lifting national performance.
In this role you will uplift performancethrough others, providing coaching capability development, observation, certification, and quality assurance for DSOMs, Regional Sales & Operations Managers (RSOMs), and Divisional Performance Specialists (DPSs).
By strengthening coaching capability, governing standards, and ensuring disciplined application of ATRT, the Sales Enablement Manager improves performance by reducing variability, increasing consistency of execution, and ensuring that performance uplift delivered in growth clinics can be sustained through strong sales
leadership.
You will be successfull in this role if you have:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Science, or a related discipline
- Formal coaching qualification or accreditation (desirable)
- Deep understanding of coaching methodologies with the ability to define, teach, observe, certify, and uplift coaching capability across leaders and specialists
- Experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or performance capability roles within a multi-site retail or healthcare environment
- Strong experience analysing business performance
- Ability to travel to visiting sites when required
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
