Responsibilities
Are you a compassionate and customer-focused individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a full-time Hearing Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Audika, Rosny Park. If you’re passionate about helping clients improve their hearing and quality of life — this could be the role for you!
This is a key position within our TeleAudiology program, supporting our clinicians in delivering a caring, seamless, and personalised hearing care experience. As the eyes and ears of our clinician, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring each client receives professional and compassionate support throughout their journey.
We’re seeking a process-driven and purpose-led individual who thrives on helping others. In this role, exceptional customer service is essential — you’ll engage with clients in a warm, respectful, and empathetic manner to make every interaction meaningful.
What You’ll Do
- Support clinicians during all hearing appointments through hands-on assistance
- Manage clinical equipment and IT systems used for assessments and video consultations
- Assist with hearing aid fittings, minor repairs, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and clinic coordinators to ensure a smooth client experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction

- Preferred candidates: Individuals with a clinical background — such as pharmacy, physiotherapy, optometry, nursing, pathology, or other medical fields — are strongly encouraged to apply.
