This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple clinic locations, where you’ll play a vital part in creating meaningful client experiences, supporting clinical teams, and helping people reconnect with the world through better hearing.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Clinic Coordinator Floater, you’ll:

- Travel between clinics in the Hobart region, supporting front-of-house and clinic operations
- Greet and assist clients with empathy, professionalism, and warmth
- Manage appointment bookings and handle phone/email enquiries
- Support Audiologists and Hearing Technicians with clinic administration and coordination
- Educate clients on hearing aid solutions, funding options, and available services
- Apply client-specific service and sales strategies to help deliver the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, manage stock, and ensure clinic readiness
What You’ll Bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales (ideally in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or hearing care)
- Confidence and empathy when supporting older clients
- Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Flexibility, strong organisation skills, and reliability—especially when travelling between clinics
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
- HSC or TAFE qualification (or equivalent)
