About the role
As a Telehealth Clinician with Audika, your schedule will be structured across a combination of home-based work (three weeks) and in-clinic support at our Port Augusta clinic (one week). This role offers a rare level of flexibility, allowing you to balance remote work with in-person clinical engagement while continuing to grow professionally and support our clients’ hearing health.
Being part of the professional Audiologists’ team at Audika, you will work autonomously to deliver services to HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting hearing assessments, prescribing and fitting hearing solutions, and providing expert consultation to support optimal client outcomes.
You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology from a range of leading manufacturers, enabling you to deliver tailored solutions and achieve strong clinical outcomes—driving both professional fulfilment and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive adult hearing services including wax removal (training provided if required) tailored to a diverse clientele including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
- Utilizing your expertise to perform precise and insightful hearing assessments, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
- Prescribing suitable hearing aids and skilfully fitting them, personalized to individual needs.
- Enthusiastically participating in local area marketing events aimed at raising awareness and promoting our top-tier hearing services.
You will be successful in this role, if you have:
- Experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist: Bring your wealth of experience in audiology and profound familiarity with hearing device products to our team.
- Qualified Professional (QP) with Membership: Hold a QP qualification and maintain an active membership with a recognized audiological peak body, showcasing your commitment to the field.
- Demonstrating an unwavering dedication to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge, contributing to our mission.
- Have proven Commercial Acumen: Showcase your commercial awareness with a track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs, underscoring your ability to thrive in a dynamic market.
