The Web & SEO Manager is responsible for managing, optimising and maintaining all elements of our Australian website, ensuring a seamless, best-in-class user experience and driving leads for the business

Collaborating closely with our global website team, web and SEO agencies and various marketing and other stakeholders, the role is dynamic and multi-faceted, and will see you bring your web, CRO and SEO skills, experience and capabilities to raise the bar for what’s possible

Key Accountabilities: 

Front-End Development:

  • Oversee website functionality and drive best-in-class user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO) and visual design.
  • A deep understanding of how the website and lead flow interaction with a CRM system impact business performance and customer experience
  • Manage of Content Management System (CMS) - Sitecore
  • Closely monitor and update the website’s content, ensuring accuracy and relevancy and all materials are on-brand, current and optimized for SEO
  • Google reviews and Google My Business profiles management for clinics, including updating listings and responding to reviews in a timely manner

 

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):

  • Working closely with our global marketing team and SEO agency, implement the structured global approach to SEO to improve rankings and increase relevant and quality organic traffic from search engines with 3 main focus areas: on-page SEO (content and keyword optimization), technical SEO (crawling, indexing) and off-page SEO (link management)
  • Build trust and authority, in line with Google E-E-A-T best practice principles

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Analyse onsite user behaviour, run A/B tests and continuously optimise to enhance website conversions

 

Content Management: Collaborate with marketing, clinical and legal governance & operational teams to continuously update and optimise web content and implement campaigns

 

Lead flows: Accurately capture, analyse and optimise the customer journey by integrating the website with various tools and technologies such as CRM, inbound calls and clinic schedules

 

Testing: Run A/B testing, conduct data analysis and generate insights, and implement new tools or features to improve user experience

 

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor traffic, engagement, bounce rate, and conversion rates, including full-funnel lead-to-sale reporting, to analyse the client journey from initial touchpoints to sales and revenue outcomes.

 

What does this Role Require:

 

1. Experience Required

  • 6-7+ years’ experience in website content development.
  • Professional demeanour and an ability to build a constructive rapport and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Self-directed and ability to work autonomously
  • Able to attend global calls after normal working hours

2. Technical Skills Required

  • Design and UX know-how: You understand web design, UX and testing, and keep user experience front and centre
  • SEO prowess: keyword optimisation, new content, pages, sections, technical implementation
  • Strong HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript skills
  • Expertise in using Google Analytics and sales data to drive decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key site changes/enhancements.
  • CMS knowledge and experience
  • A great understanding of design principles and ability to create digital image assets with design tools, i.e. Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Copy writing/art direction/web content development skills
  • Google Tag Manager implementation
  • Used project management tools such as Microsoft teams, Asana, Trello
