Group Marketing Manager, Acquisition

About the role:

Responsible for the creation and growth of our multi-channel lead generation programs across Audika Australia, you will be the brand custodian for Audika, building and creating a brand that is the envy of our peers and a leading hearing healthcare brand in Australia. You will develop and execute strategies to increase market awareness and create demand, filling our clinics through targeted acquisition campaigns. Additionally, you will plan, manage, and successfully implement marketing campaigns that improve brand awareness, ensure brand consistency, increase consideration of the brand, and prompt consumers to have a hearing test in our clinics. You will manage and lead the acquisition and digital campaigns to meet the acquisition targets set by the business, develop channel strategies to meet our new customer acquisition goals, and track and analyze the performance of all advertising campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Undergraduate degree (Marketing, Communications or business) Essential
  • Digital marketing qualifications (Desirable)                     
  • Minimum of 10+ years Marketing and 5+years people management experience 
  • Must be experienced in the development & execution of an acquisition marketing strategy
  • Strong direct response marketing experience in an environment generating leads
  • Retail, Insurance, Financial Services or Health Care Marketing background preferred
  • Experience managing a similar sized team of marketers
