About the Role

We have created exciting Divisional Performance Specialist (DPS) roles to help drive performance through exceptional coaching across our more than 200 clinic networks.
At Audika, we see coaching and development as the foundation from where standards are set, habits are formed and culture becomes real.

Done well, it doesn’t just help people thrive in their role, it defines how they will perform, lead, and care for our clients long into the future.

Working in accordance with Audika and Demant values, the ATRT working methodology, and the clinic H.E.A.R. journey, the Divisional Performance Specialist (DPS) is a divisional, field-based execution role focused exclusively on delivering measurable commercial performance uplift in DSOM-prioritised growth clinics.

The DPS is a commercially aligned, full-time, in-clinic coaching role that partners closely with the Divisional Sales & Operations Manager (DSOM) and Regional Sales & Operations Managers (RSOMs). The DPS is responsible for driving short-term performance uplift in growth clinics by uplifting the capability and execution of Clinicians and Clinic Cordinators, using disciplined performance diagnosis, targeted intervention, and structured follow-up.

The DPS exists to accelerate uplift in selected growth clinics so the division can achieve its performance targets.

The DPS delivers high-impact, face-to-face coaching focused on revenue growth and sales funnel performance, supported by structured in-person and online follow-up to ensure accountability to agreed uplift actions. Where gaps in system knowledge, onboarding, or formal capability are identified, these are escalated to the Training team for delivery.

Led by the Sales Enablement Manager, the DPS operates as part of a national DPS community to align how performance coaching is delivered, uplift coaching capability, and apply consistent best-practice ways of working across divisions.

The DPS role exists to reduce performance variability and improve divisional results by delivering focused, time-bound performance uplift in growth clinics, ensuring clarity of accountability, disciplined execution, and measurable commercial impact.

The role is field based with travel required within the assigned division.
