Senior Global Mobility Specialist

Country:  PL
City:  Warszawa

We are establishing a new, centralized global mobility function with a truly global scope—a function that will define how mobility is delivered, experienced, and governed across the entire Demant organization. This is not only an opportunity to join a team in its early formation, but also to actively be part of shaping its direction, design its ways of working, and influence how we set global mobility standards for years to come.

As a Senior Global Mobility Specialist, you will bring your experience, insights, and passion into a transformation journey where your voice truly matters. You will help build a framework that supports Demant’s global workforce, enhances consistency and compliance, elevates the employee experience, and lays the foundation for a scalable, modern, and digital mobility function. Your contribution will directly influence how we standardize processes, evolve technology and mature Global Mobility into a trusted, strategic partner for HR and Demant worldwide.
This is a role for someone who is energized by creation, improvement, and impact—someone who enjoys both the hands‑on operational work and the opportunity to innovate, enhance communication, streamline our backend processes, and challenge the market practice “how it’s always been done.

Why this role is unique:

Balanced scope: operational excellence + meaningful change.

Your time will be dedicated to global mobility operations—case handling, documentation, coordination with vendors, and supporting employees globally. The remaining portion of your time will be spent driving improvements, leading projects, strengthening governance, refining processes, and enhancing communication, ensuring we evolve toward a world‑class, scalable global mobility model.

Global—not local—reach.

You will work with HR, leaders, and stakeholders directly across regions worldwide, ensuring mobility supports global workforce and talent needs.

Be part of building something new.

You’ll be part of the team who design our global policy suite, governance structure, and operating model—bringing clarity, coordination, and quality to a function that is growing and maturing rapidly.

Shape our global mobility technology.

Our ServiceNow environment is currently at an early stage for mobility as well as SuccessFactors. You will help drive, transform and evolve it into a global, standardized, transparent, and scalable platform for intake, workflows, decision support, communication, and knowledge management.

Future‑ready

We aim to integrate AI into daily work to improve speed, data quality, reporting, and employee service—and you’ll be part of shaping what that means and how that looks.

Grow with the function.

As the team expands, you will contribute to capability‑building, professionalization, and the long‑term identity of the function of global mobility.

Working with us you will receive:
