Purpose of the position:
Junior/Regular Software Developer is a part of Agile team creating the software solutions supporting our most modern and highly complex hearing instruments systems. The software solutions need to enable the dispenser to fit the hearing instruments to patient needs, present advanced features in the most optimal way and ensure optimal user experience for our end users at top performance.
This is a challenging position where the Junior/Regular Software Developer works in a multisite, cross-cultural team. Tasks and responsibilities consist of developing and implementing high quality software; introducing new features, key for best user experience. The person is involved in the whole process from requirement specifications over design and implementation to final test and documentation.
While this position is ideal for someone early in their career, we also welcome candidates with more experience who are ready to take ownership of selected features or mentor others in a growing team.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Participate in code reviews with colleagues.
- Execute tests and reports according to established processes.
- Work closely with other developers to ensure team deliveries.
- Execute planning together with the team and Agile Release Train (ART).
- Work within a SCRUM process.
- Review and provide input to requirements.
- Support in troubleshooting and fixing software issues under guidance.
- Stay updated on new design trends and technologies.
- Learn and apply coding standards and best practices defined by the team.
- Be an integral contributor to ART in SAFe framework.
- Understand multistep development and testing process of medical products.
- With your team work on bottom-up innovation projects.

It would be great if you have:
- a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- some commercial experience in software development or relevant internships (1–2 years is a plus, but not required);
- basic knowledge of C#/.NET (academic projects or internships welcome);
- interest in desktop application development (WPF experience is a plus);
- experience writing unit and integration tests;
- experience in pair programming;
- experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) or similar;
- fluent English skills (written and spoken);
- understanding of the software lifecycle processes;
- a constant focus on architecture, codebase, testing, and documentation;
- experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM) as your daily development process;
- inquisitive approach to new solutions and ideas;
- a strong focus on quality and attention to detail;
- motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge;
- experience with Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript solution will be a plus.
