We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner/similar role to support and partner with leaders in our R&D function across our sites in Poland and Denmark. In this role, you will act as a trusted HR advisor, partnering with the business to translate strategy into people initiatives that drive performance, engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with HR specialist teams and support leaders through change, provide expert HR guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of people practices that enable business success.  

 

This role is a fixed term contract until the end of November 2027

  • Partner with leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on translating business strategy into impactful people initiatives.

  • Drive and support organizational effectiveness through change management, organizational design, and transformation initiatives. 
  • Coach and advise leaders on leadership, talent management, workforce planning, performance and employee relations.  
  • Support employee engagement, inclusion, retention, and leadership development across the employee lifecycle. 
  • Leverage HR data and insights to support decision-making and measure organizational performance.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and employment legislation. 
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

  • Have experience as HR Business Partner or similar position and/or extended experience within several HR areas such as recruitment, people management, HR Operations and learning & development  
  • Have strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into pragmatic people solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation 
  • Have solid experience supporting leaders and partnering with business stakeholders on strategic and operational HR topics, e.g organizational development, change management, employee relations 
  • Have strong coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills 
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Are proactive, business-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action. 
  • Have a university degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field 
  • Are fluent in English

This role requires business travels to our Headquarter in Denmark approx. once per month
