As Global Talent Acquisition Process Lead you will be responsible for the design, optimisation, and governance of the global end to end TA process. In this role you will act as the process owner for the global shared service TA operating model, ensuring standardisation, clarity of roles, and a consistent, high quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and TA teams.
The role partners closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, HR Process Excellence, HR Digitalisation, CoEs, HRBPs, and market TA teams to translate global TA strategy into operational solutions. Key activities include global process design, regional adoption support, and ensuring TA processes are enabled by technology, automation, and robust data.

What tasks are waiting for you?
Global HR Process Design & Optimization
- Design, maintain, and enhance global end‑to‑end TA processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and strong user experience.
- Analyse existing workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement needs.
- Co-design processes with CoEs, HRBPs, SMEs, and regional teams.
- Facilitate process mapping workshops and conduct fit-gap analyses for global standardisation.
- Contribute to global HR transformation initiatives and the HR Process Roadmap.
Process Standardization & Governance
- Support and contribute to the global HR process governance framework that ensures consistency, transparency, and accountability across functions and regions.
- Support the culture of HR Process Excellence by building awareness, promoting best practices, focusing on superior manager/employee experience and embedding continuous improvement – across HR.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of global HR process templates and documentation, including SOPs and process maps (SOPs, process maps, RASCI, Work Instructions), ensuring clarity, version control, and accessibility.
- Define, monitor, and contribute to the execution of global process KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and reporting standards to track performance, support continuous improvement, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor adherence to global process standards, proactively identifying deviations and driving root-cause resolution; escalate risks or non-compliance where necessary.
- Support compliance of global processes with both global and local regulatory requirements, contributing to audit readiness
- Partner with “HR Data and Reporting” to ensure alignment and consistency of, process definitions, data flows, quality and reporting requirements.
HR Technology & Automation
- Partner with the HR Digitalization Team on HR system automation initiatives, ensuring optimized process flow and integration across platforms.
- Translate global process requirements into system configuration needs (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors) to support effective design and deployment.
- Ensure testing activities for global HR process implementations and changes are completed in alignment with defined global process designs and quality standards.
Change Management
- Develop and deliver training to global and local HR teams and key stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding and application of global HR process standards.
- Lead or support change management efforts for new or enhanced processes.
- Anchor global HR process change initiatives and actively support the tracking and monitoring of user adoption to ensure processes are fully embedded and sustained.
- Provide guidance, expertise, and support to global and local HR teams on process-related topics, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous alignment.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders, actively involving them at key stages of change management initiatives, both within the process streams, among project members, and with global/local HR teams.

- 5+ years of experience in TA process management and continuous improvement in a global environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with process mapping and optimization methodologies ideally with experience working with HR ServiceNow and the Recruitment module in SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting global TA standardization initiatives and process harmonization across regions.
- Experience participating in or managing transitions of local HR operations into global TA operating models or shared service environments.
- Solid experience operating within global or matrix organizations, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and effectively working through lengthy, multi-layered decision processes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end alignment and integration of HR processes.
- Experience working in TA Operations or Shared Services is considered a strong plus.
