Leadership Trainer

The Leadership Trainer is responsible for facilitating virtual workshops and training sessions for leaders across Demant. This role focuses on delivering leadership development content in a virtual format, ensuring that leaders are engaged and able to apply key concepts to their roles. In addition to facilitating workshops, the Leadership Trainer will support smaller, localized training initiatives for specific groups, such as Production leaders, to address unique leadership development needs.

The Leadership Trainer will be expected to use interactive techniques and engagement methods to create impactful training experiences for leaders, and help with localized support or specific leadership needs. This role also involves collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that leadership development initiatives are aligned with Demant's objectives.

What tasks are waiting for you?
 

• delivering virtual leadership workshops for leaders across Demant, 
• ensuring content is interactive, engaging, and aligned with organizational objectives,
• supporting smaller, localized leadership development projects for specific groups, such as Production leaders etc.
• providing tailored training and coaching to address local needs,
• facilitating training sessions to ensure participants understand key leadership concepts and employing active listening skills to identify participant needs to adjust the training approach accordingly,
• using digital tools and platforms effectively to conduct virtual training sessions and workshops, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for remote teams,
• working closely with the leadership development team and other stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives and ensure alignment with Demant's strategic goals.

Apply today if you have:
 

• 2-3+ years of experience in facilitating leadership training or workshops, with a focus on virtual training environments,
• strong communication and facilitation skills, to engage participants in virtual settings,
• familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools,
• ability to adapt facilitation style to meet the needs of different leader groups and local contexts,
• English language both speaken and written skills on advanced level,
• clear, concise and engaging communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal,

It will be nice to have: 

• Good German Language skills both in speaking and writing
