About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR Master Data & Data Quality Specialist to execute HR master data processes and continuously monitor and improve data quality in our global HR landscape.
You will act as a key link between HR stakeholders and the HR IT department, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with standards, and smooth daily operations. Within defined governance and controls, you will have access to HR data systems, execute or modify entries, and document non-conformances.

What tasks are waiting for you?

Execute assigned HR master data processes in global HR systems in line with operating procedures and SLAs
-
Review incoming requests for accuracy and completeness; manage your queue and deliver within timelines

Translate business needs into functional solutions and contribute to solution design and configuration

Perform regular data quality checks, flag inconsistencies, document remediation plans, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders

Support data quality reporting and monitoring; track and document application or customization changes
-
Maintain and update process documentation; support training content creation, deliver trainings/demos, and provide guidance to users

Participate in testing activities to secure quality and reliability; support release processes

Support go live and hypercare to ensure smooth transitions into operations; contribute to proactive monitoring and issue prevention

Collaborate with global HR teams on new functionalities, roadmaps, and improvements

Provide subject matter input to initiatives and projects; act as support for complex issues

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-
2–3 years of experience in HR master data or data processing in an enterprise environment
-
Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors)
-
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a data integrity mindset
-
Process-oriented, compliant way of working; proficiency in MS Office
-
English at B2 level or higher; Polish is a plus
