General Ledger Team Leader

We are looking for Team Leader in General Ledger department.
As Team Leader you will develop your own team and report to General Ledger Manager. You will be responsible for creating and supporting the culture of continuous improvement, influence accounting processes and shaping department’s working environment in our FSS for Demant Group.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Manage a team of approx. 10 accounting specialists. waiting for you to build a professional image of the department, positive relationship inside and outside of organization.
- Maintain a professional image of the department and cultivate positive relationship inside and outside of organization.
- Build motivation and engagement in the team, support team members in improving their performance and implementing improvements in GL area.
- Provide ongoing, regular 1-2-1 feedback to team members on their performance and development.
- Execute process delivery with expected results and quality.
- Take ownership of end-to-end process and service delivery.
- Solve operational issues and act to prevent them in the future.
- Ensure that effective controls are executed, monthly control reports are delivered.
- Actively attend the relevant operational meetings to discuss performance, issues and collaboration.
- Bring constructive, challenging ideas to drive process standardization and take responsibility for executing agreed actions.

- have a leadership background or drive a project;
- have experience in process transitions;
- on your career path you had chance to work in the General Ledger Department;
- are an effective communicator and your English skills allow you to communicate seamlessly in business situations;

- are open, inquisitive and willing to look for solutions and improvements;
- know MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
