We are looking for a Financial Master Data and BI Specialist who will play a key role in building and governing Demant’s global finance data foundation. In this role, you will focus on financial master data structures, data quality and Business Intelligence solutions supporting our global transformation of ERP, BI and EPM platforms. You will be part of Group EPM Systems within Global Finance and collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, IT and our Shared Service Center in Poland.

What tasks are waiting for you?

Establish and maintain strong governance for Financial Master Data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all financial systems.
Lead the bridging of local Charts of Accounts (CoA) with the Group CoA, enabling smooth integration of financial information from all business units.
Create a Single Version of the Truth (SVOT) by harmonizing data across platforms and ensuring consistent, transparent reporting structures.
Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders and the Global BI team in IT, including tabular models, standard reports, and dashboards that enable datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
Have proven experience in financial master data management, including governance frameworks and data quality initiatives
Have practical experience with financial reporting, automation and dashboard development
Are proficient with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar
Have a solid understanding of ERP systems and their impact on financial operations and reporting
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured working style
Communicate clearly and can explain technical or datarelated topics to nontechnical stakeholders
Are fluent in English
