Finance Controller
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Finance Controller to be a member of our Finance Shared Service Center's controlling function. On this position you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The Finance Controller will play a crucial role in providing insights to support decision-making and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting for the group,
- Creation and development of reports, financial analysis and business models for company / group needs.
- Preparation of annual budget, monthly, forecasts, plans.
- Monitoring of financial ratios, as well as recommendations for changes and optimization.
- Monthly analysis and interpretation of deviations between execution and planned budget realization. Overseeing budget assumptions.
- Supporting month/year closing processes.
- Cooperation with other areas from finance,
- Support of business areas, local Managers,
- Support with financial audit,
- Support with local transfer pricing documentation
- Supervision of financial systems
Apply today if you have:
- University education, preferable economics,
- Highly developed analytical skills, communication skills, proactivity, ability to work in a team,
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of tax regulations (in particular, CIT, VAT, MDR, transfer pricing, withholding tax, others), the Law on accounting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Excel, Power Point at a very good level,
- Knowledge of ERP systems (AX) will be an additional advantage,
- Ability to organize own work and prioritize tasks,
- Willingness to expand knowledge and readiness to share professional experience,
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level,
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Experience working in an international organization
