ESG Reporting Controller

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Participating in consolidation and reporting of ESG data for the Demant Group, and safeguard compliance with CSRD and reporting guidelines
• Validating and controlling of ESG data by group functions and local entities
• Participating in preparation of the integrated annual report and year-end process.
• Being sparring partner for the business and local entities.
• Support audit readiness of ESG disclosures and engagement with external auditors
• Contributing to developing and maintaining the Group’s accounting policies and reporting guidelines
• Review and improvement of existing processes
• Participating in development of control framework within ESG

It would be great if you have:

• Master degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance 
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience from a similar position in international company or as an Auditor/Consultant
• Experience within consolidation principles, controlling and reporting processes
• Proactive user of IT systems
• Your mindset is data-driven and you have an interest in automation and improvements of processes
• Experience with auditing and/or from financial controlling positions
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written English
• Knowledge and experience within ESG is advantage
• Structured, self-motivated and proactive by nature attitude
