We are looking for an experienced ERP Finance Solution Lead to drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our ERP solution within the Finance organization in Szczecin. In this role, you will translate business needs into effective ERP configurations, ensure data integrity, and help build streamlined, standardized financial processes across our international setup. You will work closely with Finance, IT and cross‑functional teams, becoming a key partner in our digital finance transformation.

What tasks are waiting for you?

Work closely with finance stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyse business requirements for ERP implementation.
Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional designs.
Lead the implementation of financial systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration, integration, and testing.
Oversee the migration of financial data to the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Conduct data validation activities to ensure the integrity of financial information.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enable finance users to effectively use the ERP system.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations.
Provide ongoing support to end users, address issues, and continuously optimize system performance.
Continuously enhance financial system capabilities to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.

Apply today if you:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Have in-depth knowledge of financial systems, finance business processes, and accounting principles.
Have strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (AX 2012 / D365 F&O preferred).
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Have strong communication and collaboration skills.

Due to the scope of work across different countries, occasional international travel may be required.
