(Senior) Business Controller - Global Operations
This is a global role where you will collaborate closely with international stakeholders across multiple countries and business units. You will act as a financial voice in global discussions, ensuring that strategic decisions are backed by sound analysis and aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
We are looking for someone who will challenge our stakeholders constructively, provide valuable insights, and support them in making critical business decisions. This role goes beyond reporting — it's about being a true finance business partner and actively contributing to strategic initiatives. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for an experienced professional with strong business acumen and an independent, proactive mindset.
We are specifically looking for candidates with a financial / controlling background. Profiles focused primarily on production planning or production management will not meet the requirements for this role.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Lead monthly financial closing processes for global operations, including consolidation, analysis, and timely communication of results
- Experience in Inventory, freight and procurement cost controlling is an advantage
- Prepare regular financial reports and detailed performance analyses, including cost analysis and variance tracking;
- Act as a finance partner in strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing profitability and growth;
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to drive global cost-reduction initiatives and support business case development;
- Lead the global budgeting process for the areas in scope
- Preparing reports and financial analyses for the company with focus on production cost;
It would be great if you:
- have a university degree, preferably in economics
- have at least 5 years of experience in a finance controlling or finance business partnering position;
- are familiar with financial processes in production and supply chain management;
- have solid experience in cost controlling or operations/factory controlling – essential for this role;
- are fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- possess highly developed analytical and communication skills, demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work in a team;
- have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- organize your own work and prioritize tasks effectively;
- are willing to expand your knowledge and open to sharing professional experience;
- are ready to travel on business trips between 5–15 days per year.
