Full time – Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30 (40hrs/wk)

Basic salary £25,396 + performance related uncapped monthly bonus scheme (OTE £28k+)

Inbound & Outbound call handling – no cold calling

Hidden Hearing is the premium provider of hearing aids in private hearing healthcare and has been established for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on our outstanding Customer Service and offer our services from our clinics and visiting sites and carry out home visits.

Your New Role

As a Tele- Appointer at Hidden Hearing, you will be based in our welcoming, modern and fun Nottingham contact centre based right in the city centre.

The role involves speaking to our patients as first point contact and provide premium customer service. You will be booking patient appointments for our Hearing Aid Dispensers based all over the UK and to maximise the number of appointments for each of the dispensers you are allocated to support.

What Experience and skills do I need?

Previous experience or knowledge of the hearing care industry is not essential as full training will be given, but you will need:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
confident telephone manner. As many of our customers have some form of hearing loss.
The ability to positively influence call outcomes.
A good working knowledge of IT (Basic Microsoft Office packages)
The drive and desire to provide excellent customer service
Good organisational skills
The ability to make a positive contribution to a lively and dynamic team environment, but equally be a self-starter
