About The Role

Territory Manager Opportunity with Hidden Hearing

 

Hours:  Full-time

 

Location: North of England - the role is likely to cover Newcastle, Hull, Leeds, Halifax, Carlisle and York

 

Team:  The team will comprise Hearing Aid Audiologists, Ear Care Practitioners and Clinic Coordinators, a headcount of approx. 35 people

 

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £40,685k 
  • OTE Bonus: £8,000 (additional bonus available)
  • Benefits: Company car/car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and private medical insurance (after qualifying period), leadership development programme.

 

Role Overview: Do you enjoy supporting and motivating others to reach their goals? As a Territory Manager with Hidden Hearing, you will lead, support and manage your area of the sales team. Your leadership will be key to increasing sales and driving the company forward. If you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environment and have previous sales management experience, this role is perfect for you!  This is a high performing team with that demonstrates strong levels of growth. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Spend 80% of your time working face to face with colleagues, supporting them to become the best they can be.
  • Maximise individual and branch performance through observation, feedback, and coaching.

 

About You:

  • Proven sales and people management experience (ideally in a regulated, geographically dispersed retail or healthcare environment).
  • Driven to achieve and maintain high levels of compliance.
  • Process-driven with a consistent approach, able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards.
  • Well-developed people management skills and a desire to get the best out of your team.
  • Full UK driving license required.

  1. Telephone screening with HR: week commencing 11th August 2025
  2. Teams call with Regional Manager: week commencing 18th August 2025
  3. Great With Talent Assessments (online):  following Teams call with Regional Manager
  4. Face to Face interview:  to be arranged (presentation, competency-based interview and role play) Likely 1st or 5th September 2025
