Ear Care Practitioner

About The Role

Hidden Hearing is one of the UK’s leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for an Ear Care Practitioner (Wax Removal) to work in our Newcastle Clinic.

  • Basic salary - £16,800 with bonus.
  • 3 days per week

You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and supportive team of managers. You will be employed on a permanent contract, 3 days per week 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.

Responsibilities

Our ECPs will provide a range of services to Hidden Hearing patients. These may include but will not be limited to:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer care in line with HH expectations. 
  • Comply with professional, legal and company expectations & requirements.
  • Maintain full and accurate patient records.

Job Requirements

This role is ideally suited to a hearing care assistant, however, fully training will be given if the candidate is able to demonstrate the skills necessary to perform the role.

  • Experience of patient care and customer service to a high level
  • IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
  • Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload

 

Please note that:

  • The ECP role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Membership of BSHAA is encouraged, but not mandatory.
  • ECPs are required to keep their knowledge and skills up to date with regular CPD.
