About The Role

Territory Manager Opportunity with Hidden Hearing

(One of the UK’s largest Private Hearing care companies)

This role is a 12 month FTC

Package:  Basic salary plus Bonus, Company car or car allowance, 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme and Private medical insurance (after qualifying period).

 

Do you enjoy supporting and motivating others to reach their goals?  As a Territory Manager with Hidden Hearing, you play an important part supporting and managing your area of the sales team. You will be key to enabling the company to further increase its sales through your leadership. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include;

  • Hands on coaching and driving performance
  • Using performance data to identify development needs
  • Day to day area management
  • Resource planning and deployment
  • Seeking out opportunities to grow our business
  • Driving employee engagement
  • Recruitment & HR
  • Provide support and guidance for all employees

About You

You will have proven management experience or have a audiology/hearing care background

  •  Driven to achieve and maintain high levels of compliance.
  • You will be process driven with a consistent approach and be able to influence and enforce behavioural change to deliver sales without compromising brand standards.
  • You will also have well-developed people management skills and a desire to get the best out of your team.

You must hold a full UK driving license.
