As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our business forward with a core focus on generating new customer acquisition. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and engagement of our hearing care services.
This role involves managing digital campaigns, optimizing online content, and analyzing digital performance to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will also lead social media management and delivery, ensuring an integrated approach across brand and performance campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Manage campaigns on search, social, email, and display to boost leads and appointments
- Own social media calendars and content to grow engagement and reach
- Analyse performance, optimise ROI, and forecast results
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless brand and CRM integration
About You
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPL) and ability to optimise campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
- The ability to keep up-to-date with new and emerging trends/best practice and introduce them to the business where appropriate
- Hands-on experience in social media management, including planning and delivering content calendars.
- Ability to develop and deliver integrated digital strategies aligned with brand and CRM activity.
- Effective in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
- Creative thinker with a hunger for driving results and generating new ideas.
- Experience managing external suppliers and agencies.
- Commercial mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimisation techniques.
- Understanding of GDPR and digital compliance requirements.
Desirable Skills & Competencies
- Experience in healthcare or in digital strategies that generate in-store appointments for services delivered through a retail network.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager).
- Knowledge of native advertising and display networks.
