Marketing Assistant

About The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who will Support our fast-paced marketing department with events, campaign coordination and working with internal and external teams on the production, print and dispatch of marketing materials. You will be the main contact for our nationwide team of branch coordinators and field audiologists for all branch merchandise and marketing.

This role is part time 20 hours per week. this can be 3 longer days or 5 short days. This role will be in the office at our maidstone support centre 3 days per week.

 

Responsibilities

Events:

  • Plan annual event schedule
  • Ensure tracking codes are set up to aid reporting / KPIs
  • Organise event support, merchandise and logistics
  • Book external venues/resources when needed
  • Coordinate event schedules internally and with suppliers

Marketing and stock:

  • Support with the planning, ordering, printing and distribution of all branch and event marketing materials and merchandise
  • Maintain branch marketing inbox, responding to all queries and requests promptly
  • Process applications, renewals and payments for licenses and external signage at branches and visiting centres
  • Be proactive in ensuring brand guidelines are being adhered to and conduct audits
  • Handle and track inbound/outbound marketing materials and fixtures
  • Request and assign campaign tracking codes for screening tablets
  • Maintain marketing cupboard organized and reasonably stocked
  • Distribute company-wide marketing materials, HCPC certificates or other physical goods as needed
