HR Administration Assistant

Location: Maidstone, Kent

Hours:  Full-Time (hybrid working)

Salary: £25,500 (plus 10% annual discretionary bonus, free parking, EAP, PHI after 12m)

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a desire to provide a best-in-class service.  You will provide administrative support to the HR Team, take pride in your work and have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

About The Role

As the HR Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR Team. This is a fast-paced role which will involve

  • Maintaining Employee Records
  • Updating the HRIS (Success Factors) and running reports
  • Providing data for payroll processing
  • Preparing HR documents such as contracts and new starter packs
  • Processing employee requests 
  • Managing the HR email inbox
  • Annual leave calculations
  • Conducting compliance Checks
  • Sickness Absence Management (data input and processing)

About the HR Team:  The HR team is made up of 8 people, 5 are based locally to Maidstone and three work remotely. We are an experienced team who pride ourselves on providing a premium service to the business and our employees. We deliver best practice HR services and are always looking for ways to be better.
