Fleet Coordinator - 10 month FTC

About The Role

We’re seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective running of our company and grey fleet. This pivotal role will oversee the full vehicle lifecycle, compliance, and reporting, while working closely with HR, Finance, and external suppliers.

Salary: - £24k-£28k

Hours: - 30 hours per week 

This role is 10 month Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll do

  • Manage acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of vehicles
  • Oversee accident management, inspections, repairs, and PCN administration
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and insurance documentation
  • Monitor costs, fuel, mileage, and supplier contracts
  • Ensure compliance with UK legislation, insurance requirements, and company policies
  • Arrange driver training, licence checks, and inductions for new starters
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Self-starter with excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK when required

Desirable:

  • Experience with fleet management software
  • Knowledge of UK fleet legislation
