Acquisition Campaign Manager
About the role:
Hidden Hearing are a private hearing care company, who provide life changing difference to people living with hearing loss!.
We are recruiting for an Acquisition Campaign Manager to join our fabulous Marketing team!.
Reporting to the Head of Media and Acquisition, you will be responsible for planning and delivering paid marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales through predominantly offline direct response media channels.

- Mon-Friday
- 08:30-17:00
- Hybrid (home working and working at the Maidstone Support Centre)
- There will be some occasional travel, as per business needs.

Responsibilities
- Campaign planning and delivery- for example; creating and delivering effective acquisition strategies and plans that deliver on KPIs and goals, work in collaboration with our media agency partners to identify the optimal media mix to drive defined KPIs. Manage overall approvals and sign offs within agreed time limits.
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting- for example; managing and optimising the offline acquisition budget, forecasting and reporting. Supporting the Head of Media and Acquisition to control and optimise the total acquisition media, budge, measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Communication and Liaison- for example; building and managing relationships with our media and creative agency and print suppliers. Collaborating across the broader acquisition, Brand and CRM teams to drive campaign integration across key customer journeys.
- Measuring success- for example; effective budge management and performance optimisation. High levels of internal and external customer satisfaction scores as measured through satisfaction surveys/NPS. Effective execution of plans.

Person specification:
- Experience in campaign management with a strong focus on direct response through channels such as TV, press, inserts and door drops.
- An understanding of digital marketing and the interplay between brand, direct response and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage several projects and deadlines at the same time.
- A strategic, analytical and commercial mind-set with a high general performance marketing knowledge.
- Strong customer journey mindset, making the link between media and message/creative.
- Great communicator
- Ability to work well independently as well as being a motivational and diplomatic team player.
