Tele-Appointer - Leeds
About The Role
This role is home based working but the first 4 weeks will require being in our Leeds office for training. You must also be able to commute to our Leeds office when required.
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
- Salary: £23,809 plus opportunity to earn an uncapped monthly bonus.
Who are we and what will I be doing?
Hidden Hearing is the premium provider of hearing aids in private hearing healthcare and has been established for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on our outstanding Customer Service and offer our services from our clinics and visiting sites and also carry out home visits.
Our Tele-Appointers pay a key part in liaising with prospective customers via both inbound and outbound calls to use their communication skills in converting warm leads into appointments for our hearing aid dispensers.
The role involves working to targets, it is essential you are able to demonstrate previous experience working in a contact centre type role.
The purpose of the role is to book patient appointments for our Hearing Aid Dispensers based all over the UK and to maximise the number of appointments for each of the dispensers you are allocated to support.

What experience and skills do I need?
Previous experience or knowledge of the hearing care industry is not essential as full training will be given, but you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Self starter, able to motivate yourself
- The ability to positively influence call outcomes.
- A good working knowledge of IT (Basic Microsoft Office packages)
- The drive and desire to provide excellent customer service
- Good organisational skills
