Full time – Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (37.5hrs/wk)
Homebased – Training in Leeds
Competitive Basic salary £23,809 + Realistic performance related uncapped monthly bonus scheme
Inbound & Outbound call handling – No cold calling
Your New Role
The role involves speaking to our patients as first point contact and provide premium customer service. You will be booking patient appointments for our Hearing Aid Dispensers based all over the UK and to maximise the number of appointments for each of the dispensers you are allocated to support.
About You
What experience and skills do I need?
Previous experience or knowledge of the hearing care industry is not essential as full training will be given, but you will need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- confident telephone manner. As many of our customers have some form of hearing loss.
- The ability to positively influence call outcomes.
- A good working knowledge of IT (Basic Microsoft Office packages)
- The drive and desire to provide excellent customer service
- Good organisational skills
- Experience in a sales environment
- The ability to make a positive contribution to a dynamic team, but equally be a self-starter
