Ear Care Practitioner - Inverness

We are looking for a Ear Care practitioner to join our Inverness hearing centre three days per week Monday,Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm. Salary: £17,304

Our ECPs will provide a range of services to Hidden Hearing patients. These may include but will not be limited to:

Wax removal
Hearing screenings and referral to HAD for testing where appropriate
Patient service and support
Accurate assessment of clients to provide the best agreed solution to wax removal needs and subsequent management of ear health.
Deliver a high standard of customer care in line with HH expectations.
Comply with professional, legal and company expectations & requirements.
Maintain full and accurate patient records.

This role is ideally suited to a hearing care assistant, however, full training will be given if the candidate is able to demonstrate the skills necessary to perform the role.

Experience of patient care and customer service to a high level
IT skills at a level that enables the use of the company systems and audiometry equipment
Time and job management abilities to allow a well-planned and structured approach to workload
