Web Support Specialist
Job Purpose
Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to the Manager, Demand Generation to provide the crucial web support required for our online plans including but not limited to website and campaigns. Provide support for a range of responsibilities like webpage creation, routine site and content maintenance, and various updates to ensure sites align with the goals and objectives of the company
Responsibilities and Key Performance Activities:
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the website together with the global web team.
- Ensure the website is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with global guidelines.
- Troubleshoot website issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Support the maintenance of online booking within the website.
- Debug pages and fix broken links or images.
- Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices
- Support systematic A/B testing to increase website UX goals.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate the creation and updating of web content, including text, images, videos and interactive solutions.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders in local and global marketing, IT, clinics and other relevant departments to ensure the website supports overall business goals.
- Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic and engagement.
- Design and build easy to use, attractive and secure campaign landing pages
Project Management:
- Manage relevant web related projects, including updates, new campaigns, clinic related initiatives and implementations of new solutions
- Ensure projects are completed on time in adherence to the requirements.
Required Experience and Considerations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of web development languages and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in managing websites and/or web projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to follow directions as well as adherence to company values/policies.
